Monthly rates are based on a first of the month arrival for a stay of 30 days. Rates will be pro-rated, based on availability, for stays longer than 30 days. Stays less than 30 days are considered short-term and would receive the regular rate.
All units offer fully equipped kitchens with conventional oven, microwave, and dishwasher; livingroom with deck, cable TV, DVD player, and fireplace. Heated outdoor pool on premises.
